Oliver Schmidt

Oliver is a lawyer active in the field of commercial law. He advises clients in all aspects of corporate, commercial and competition law with a particular focus on real estate and tenancy law (including brokerage law).

Oliver is a German qualified attorney-at-law (Rechtsanwalt) and has been admitted to the bar since 2003. He studied law and absolved his clerkship in Muenster, North Rhine-Westphalia. He holds a master of laws degree (LL.M.) from Reijksuniversiteit Groningen, the Netherlands, in international law and was a partner in a law firm until 2007. He then worked for cross-regional law firms in Muenster before joining SPR in 2019 as partner and expert for commercial law.

Due to his extensive experience abroad, Oliver is fluent in English, French and Dutch, thus serving clients in cross-border mattes.
